About
Through a combination of critical home repair, preservation, and weatherization projects, our Home Repair Service support homeowners in building the necessary resiliency, sustainability and stability to remain living in their safe, decent and affordable homes. We support homeowners with limited incomes including elderly, veterans and families with disabilities by helping them maintain housing stability, avert homelessness and decrease utility costs while preserving affordable homes in our neighborhoods.
Eligibility
To apply for a Home Repair Service project, you must meet the following criteria:
Your total household income must be below 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) for Snohomish County, WA*
You must own and live in your home
Your home must be located in Snohomish County
You must have homeowner’s insurance
You must be available for either of the above Pilot Project Dates
Mobile or manufactured homes are not eligible.
