Most people think of swinging a hammer when they think about volunteering for Habitat. Due to the tremendous amount of planning and management required to build just one home, we have a constant need for committee members and volunteers to help with various other tasks. Many of our younger volunteers (under the age of 16) and families who'd like to volunteer together opt to help out here. You don't need to be an expert in any of these fields to help out! There are many tasks that require only a willingness to learn and work with others.

Listed below are some of the non-construction volunteer opportunities.

Family Support

• Family Sponsors
  We will need five new family sponsors to work with the partner families for our next project.  Commitment will be for a minimum of one year.  Training provided.

Resource Development

• Auction Volunteers
  Volunteers to help set up and take down, greet, sell drawing tickets on April 28.  Committee meeting dates on Calendar

Office

• Data Entry
  Assist with data entry in our office.  Three-hour time slots available one day each week.

Family Support

• Condo Association Coordinator
  Two positions available to assist Habitat condominium associations learn to administer themselves.  Training available.  Commitment for one year.
